Membership
Membership
fees are CHF150 for the whole season and CHF85 for half a
season. To become a member, please fill out the
membership
form and send it electronically.
After confirmation you may pay your
membership
fee at any Swiss post office to Badminton Club OMS, 1200
Genève, postal account number 17-646368-8, or from a UBS
Multimat machine or by e-banking.
Players
are welcome to try out the facilities for one session before
paying the membership fee.
Location
of gym
The
Collège
André-Chavanne is located at 14, avenue Trembley,
Geneva, a short distance (5 minute drive, 25 minute walk)
from WHO in the Petit-Saconnex area. There is a parking lot
on the chemin de Coudriers side of the Collège campus from
where it is easiest to enter the gym.
Training
time
BC
O.M.S. practices on Tuesday, Wednesday from 20:00-22:00 and on Thursday from 18:00-20:00
in
Room 2029 of Gym 4 of the Collège et
Ecole de Commerce André-Chavanne. Four courts are
available. There are locker rooms in which to change and
shower.

2024-2025 season runs from 26 August 2024 to 20 June 2025.

Canton rules for use of the gym and changing rooms
Please
respect the following rules. Violations could lead to
revoking BC O.M.S. right to use the gym.

It
is prohibited to drink, eat or smoke on the premises.
Proper behaviour is required at all times.

Shoes
must be clean and appropriate for the gym. Shoe soles
which are black or leave marks on the floor are
forbidden. Shoes worn outside are strictly forbidden for
sports in the gym.

Adolescents
(and children) must be supervised by an adult at all
times and are not permitted on the premises on their
own.

The
gym must only be used during the time allocated to the
Club.

All
material (net posts, benches) must be put back into
their place after use.

O.M.S. supplies the nets and shuttles, which are stored in
a small locker. The Club is equipped with a basic first aid
kit.

a large range of badminton rackets (including top of the
range ones) and equipment. The shop lends rackets for a
couple of days so they can be tested prior to purchase.

France) and other sporting goods shops.
